Wu Yi Yan Tea

Another of those small samples I got online. This one is an oolong, and actually reminds me a bit of an oolong I think I may have posted about a very long time ago?

Anyway,

   

 

(The second photo is of the tea brewing in my gaiwan, which I’ll probably post about in detail sometime.)

It is a sort of roasty-flavored oolong, with a lingering sweetness to it. I’ve had an iced oolong tea that I think was made with a similar tea before, and it was very good.
