Biscoff

I got a package of these for a good price recently.

I can see why they would be (if we can believe the packaging) “Europe’s Favorite Cookie with Coffee”. They’re amazing.

Eaten on their own, they’re great; crisp, delicious, and nostalgic-tasting, in a way.

Dipped in coffee (or tea, as it works just as well), their “majesty is multiplied tenfold”, as I told someone while first trying them. They soak up the liquid almost instantaneously, but don’t become soggy or crumbly. They maintain their integrity and are still crisp, while being slightly softer, and imbued with notes of whatever it was dipped into. (Surprisingly, they work well with puerh tea.)
Pick up a package (or ten!) if you find them.
