Just going to be a quick little post today, and another of the infamous “I made this and don’t know the recipe” posts.
I harvested and semi-julienned a burdock root, cut up carrots, zucchini, summer squash, and garlic scrapes, mixed in spinach, and made a sauce with soy sauce, flour (to thicken), sriracha, birdseye peppers, crushed garlic, onion powder, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and probably some other stuff too.
It was insanely delicious. Incredibly spicy, but so good that I couldn’t stop eating it, no matter how much it burned my mouth.
A sign of good food, right there.
