My name is Andrew Vochman.

This blog is for me to write about my cooking, brewing, and other edible-related things. Most of the time, I’ll post about bread, tea, and coffee, since those are what I work most with, but I’ll talk about other things sometimes, too.

Now, I’ll let you know a bit about my food tastes. I love healthy, fresh, vegetable and grain-centered foods and meals. I love all sorts of ethnicities of food, particularly Japanese, Chinese, Indian, and European (a smattering of Italian, French, and British).

I’m vegetarian. I’ll probably write more about that at a later time.

I dislike avocados.  More later.
